Ehud Dafni, PhD, CEO
Dr.Dafni has a strong background in medical imaging, especially in computed tomography, where he is co-inventor of multi-slice spiral CT, the standard CT technology used worldwide. Before founding Arineta, Dr. Dafni served as vice president for business development at CMT Medical Technologies and CEO of CardioWatch Ltd. Previously he was at Philips Medical Systems in Israel and the US, at Picker International/Marconi Medical Systems, Cleveland, Ohio, and at Elscint Ltd., Haifa, Israel. Earlier he was a faculty member at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel. Dr. Dafni holds a PhD in nuclear physics, from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, NY, and a BSc in physics, mathematics, and computer science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Shlomo Seesam, VP R&D
Shlomo Seesam is serving at Arineta as Research and development manager starting January 2012. Previously, Shlomo has been the VP for R&D at CMT, a developer and producer of medical digital imaging solutions and of medical CMOS detectors. Shlomo has an extensive CT experience as a project manager and software department manager of several CT generations in Elscint/Picker/Philips. Shlomo Seesam holds a B.Sc in physics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA (magna cum laude) from the University of Haifa, Israel.
Einav Ehre, CFO
Einav Ehre has been involved in financial operations since 1996 both in Israel and in Lagos, Nigeria, where he spent two years as financial controller for Etco. Prior to joining Arineta, he served as Company Secretary and was involved in investor relations at CMT Medical Technologies, Yoqne'am, Israel. Ehre earned a BA in economics at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, specializing in business administration.
Benny Harati, VP Operations
Mr. Benny Harati has more than 20 years' experience in the high-tech industry, specializing in all aspects of production, supply chain management, new product introduction (NPI) and logistics. Mr. Harati previously served as VP Operations at Goji Ltd a company, developing a revolutionary energy transfer technology, based on the transmission of radio waves (RF). and in Pegasus Technologies, a provider of innovative digital pen technologies and solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Harati held various managerial positions in operations at several high-tech companies in Israel. Mr. Harati holds a BA in Economics and Management and an MBA from the Open University.
Professor Chaim Lotan, MD, Medical Director
Professor Chaim Lotan, MD, FACC, is the head of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s Hadassah Medical Center Heart Institute and a professor at Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem. Professor Lotan is a member of numerous medical associations, including the Special Committee for Recommendations for Coronary Catheterization of the Israel Medical Organization and Israel Heart Society. He serves as chairman of the Israel Ministry of Health’s Committee for Certification and Licensing of Coronary Stenting. Professor Lotan earned his MD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
