Arineta develops and manufactures advanced CT scanners. As a manufacturer of medical equipment, complaint handling is a significant activity of the company.
The candidate is expected to:
- Record, analyse and manage customer feedback and complaints, works with the development, production and quality departments in the organization to investigate the issue and document the final solution.
- Work directly with service engineers world-wide to get the information about the complaint and update with the progress.
- Be able to learn a multi-disciplinary system at a deep technical level. The systems involve complex electro-mechanical, high voltage and software sub systems.
- Manage the systems configuration in the field
- Maintain technical database.
Work independently, raise significant issues, meet timely complaints closure.
