Arineta develops and manufactures advanced CT scanners. Field service is provided by Local technical team.
The candidate is expected to:
- Provide assistance and technical support to WW technical teams in troubleshooting and reproducing issues, devising workarounds, and escalating complex investigations for system issues in the field
- Research for the root cause, troubleshoot, and investigate issues using multiple tools, data sets by working directly with development teams for a problem resolution
- Take part in Installation and implementation of systems.
Ongoing support and troubleshooting. - Ability to write service technical instructions with the help of a technical writer.
- Providea planned maintenance and repairs of the scanners in the factory.
- Perform Service Validation on new SW/HW changes and writing a report.
- Work closely with the program core team to provide service inputs for new programs and to implement program changes into service documentation.
- Understanding of the design change process to review & implement design changes into service documentation with consideration of impact on installed base and parts stocking.
- Clear communication skills within the service team and to other cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and constantly improve a self-knowledgeand system technical database.
