Field Service Engineer

Position's Scope:

Field Service Engineer

Skills:

Arineta develops and manufactures advanced CT scanners. Field service is provided by Local technical team.

The candidate is expected to:

  1. Provide assistance and technical support to WW technical teams in troubleshooting and reproducing issues, devising workarounds, and escalating complex investigations for system issues in the field
  2. Research for the root cause, troubleshoot, and investigate issues using multiple tools, data sets by working directly with development teams for a problem resolution
  3. Take part in Installation and implementation of systems.
    Ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  4. Ability to write service technical instructions with the help of a technical writer.
  5. Providea planned maintenance and repairs of the scanners in the factory.
  6. Perform Service Validation on new SW/HW changes and writing a report.
  7. Work closely with the program core team to provide service inputs for new programs and to implement program changes into service documentation.
  8. Understanding of the design change process to review & implement design changes into service documentation with consideration of impact on installed base and parts stocking.
  9. Clear communication skills within the service team and to other cross-functional teams.
  10. Maintain and constantly improve a self-knowledgeand system technical database.

Education

Engineering or practical engineering degree in a relevant area or proven experience in a similar position

Relevant Experience:

  1. 4-5 years of technical support or a related customer facing role, with at least 2 years in a technical role in a global company.
  2. Outstanding communications skills in English (written and verbal)
  3. Willing to travel overseas for system installation, solving complex problem and train the local technician

  1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Willing to work flexible hours as requested to cover continental US and Asia time zones.
  3. Experience working on ERP SWenvironment like Priority and CRM like Salesforce
  4. Providing an effective service in a timely manner
  5. People person that enjoys customer interaction and getting customers excited about the company solutions.
  6. Team player with great communication skills, loves working with people of all kinds.

Comments:

The position involves frequent travels abroad. No limitation on entry to USA.
