USA Region Sales Director, Southwest

Execute Orders and Sales:

    • Effectively manage the sale of products and services to meet predefined targets for volume, price, and margin.
    • Utilize strategic planning and negotiation skills to drive sales growth while maintaining profitability.

Project Leadership and Customer Support:

    • Take the lead in implementing new customer projects, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of breakthrough clinical care pathways.
    • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing their needs and facilitating a smooth transition to new solutions.

Customer Financing Solutions:

    • Develop and present tailored financing solutions for capital equipment, including lease, loan, and risk-sharing models such as pay-per-use or subscription options.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling financial proforma, empowering customers to make informed decisions regarding return-on-investment.

Opportunity Management and Forecasting:

    • Employ a structured approach to opportunity management, ensuring a systematic and efficient process for identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities.
    • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to generate accurate sales forecasts, enabling proactive decision-making and resource allocation.

Industry Collaboration and Brand Development:

    • Foster strong relationships with industry peers to expand the Arineta network, uncover new opportunities, and enhance brand visibility within the designated geography.
    • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote Arineta’s solutions and establish thought leadership within the market.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with relevant healthcare experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of medical sales experience.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare products and cardiology/radiology practices.
    • Customer-focused mindset, capable of developing relationships and nurturing a network of key customer advocates.
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and group presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, independent, and coachable individual with a track record of success.
    • Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% with start date July 1, 2024

Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience in the medical imaging market, particularly with Computed Tomography (CT) products.
    • Clinical knowledge in cardiology/radiology fields.
    • Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Cardiovascular Service Line networks.
    • Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in cardiology.
