Complaints Coordinator

Position's Scope:

Arineta develops and manufactures advanced CT scanners. As a manufacturer of medical equipment, complaint handling is a significant activity of the company.

The candidate is expected to:

 

  1. Record, analyse and manage customer feedback and complaints, works with the development, production and quality departments in the organization to investigate the issue and document the final solution.
  2. Work directly with service engineers world-wide to get the information about the complaint and update with the progress.
  3. Be able to learn a multi-disciplinary system at a deep technical level. The systems involve complex electro-mechanical, high voltage and software sub systems.
  4. Manage the systems configuration in the field
  5. Maintain technical database.

Work independently, raise significant issues, meet timely complaints closure.

Education:

Engineering or practical engineering degree in a relevant area or proven experience in a similar position.

Relevant Experience:

  • Strong communications skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient with MS Office, data analysis in Excel and electronic databases.

Advantage Experience:

  • Experience in medical devices / multidisciplinary company.
  • Experience in complaints handling.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

Languages:

Fluent in English & Hebrew

Comments:

The position requires on site presence most of the time.
