Position's Scope:
Projects manager
Skills:
- Project manager (at least 3 years)
- Natural leader
- Led and managed complex software development projects involving multidisciplinary SW and HW teams, Multidisciplinary technologies, and interfaces.
- Proven project leadership and direction to NPI projects, ensuring alignment with Product needs, project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks in the projects with the team, fostering continuous improvement of the integration processes.
Education:
Academic degree in a relevant domain (software, electronics, physics, system engineering, bio-medical)
Relevant Experience:
- Proven of at least 3 years of experience as a multi-discipline project manager.
- Experienced in multiple technologies as an engineer.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-uncertainty environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Team worker.
- Broad system view.
Advantage Experience:
- Software as a major project management domain.
- Experience in Medical Devices including relevant standards, design quality in medical devices, device risk management.
- Transfer to production and to service experience
- Work in a matrix organisation
