USA Region Sales Director, South Central
Position's Scope:
Arineta is dedicated to growing cardio-thoracic CT as the front-line non-invasive test for diagnosing, therapy planning, and monitoring of cardiovascular and thoracic disease—the leading causes of death and healthcare costs worldwide.
Arineta is seeking a strategic, driven individual contributor to accelerate our growth in the South Central region. As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business with Independent Cardiology Practices (ICPs), hospitals, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in white space, takes ownership of their territory, and builds long-term partnerships that transform cardiovascular care.
You’ll play a key role in advancing adoption of Arineta’s SpotLight CT platform, a dedicated CardioThoracic CT solution that is reshaping how heart and lung disease are diagnosed and managed—bringing precision imaging closer to the point of care and improving outcomes for millions of patients. This is a high impact, territory ownership role with no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business and Close Opportunities
- Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead development to solution design and contract closure.
- Engage clinical and executive stakeholders across Independent Cardiology Practices, hospitals, and IDNs, including cardiovascular service line leaders.
- Consistently deliver against quarterly targets for system orders and revenue.
- Strategic Territory Growth
- Own and execute a focused territory plan that prioritizes high-value targets and aligned outreach.
- Use tools such as MedScout, ZoomInfo, and CRM to build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline.
- Develop relationships that open doors for multi-system placements and long-term partnerships.
- Lead Implementations and Customer Success
- Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth clinical and operational implementation.
- Serve as a trusted partner post-sale to drive adoption, program development, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations, clinical, and service teams to ensure success.
- Deliver Value Through ROI and Financial Models
- Present tailored financial models, including lease, loan, pay-per-use, and subscription-based structures.
- Collaborate internally to develop ROI-focused proformas aligned with customer strategy and budget.
- Help customers navigate purchasing processes and build support at the executive level.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management
- Maintain a clear and disciplined pipeline aligned to Arineta’s deal stages and Salesforce processes.
- Provide timely, accurate order and revenue forecasts and communicate risk areas proactively.
- Drive opportunities forward with urgency, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Represent Arineta in the Market
- Actively participate in conferences, industry events, and customer-facing programs.
- Promote Arineta’s thought leadership and differentiated value proposition in advanced CardioThoracic CT.
- Expand brand presence and support marketing and clinical initiatives in your territory.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare, business, or life sciences field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful medical capital equipment or healthcare technology sales experience.
- Strong understanding of cardiology and/or radiology workflows and purchasing dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close complex deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging executive and clinical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and organized with strong territory management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 – 40% across the region.
Preferred:
- Experience in advanced imaging (especially CT) or cardiovascular technologies.
- Familiarity with IDNs and cardiovascular service line structures.
- Existing relationships with key opinion leaders or physician groups in cardiology.
- Clinical knowledge in cardiac or thoracic imaging workflows.
