Dallas Cardiology Group Expands Access to Advanced Cardiac Imaging in North Texas Following High Patient Demand

Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates brings Arineta’s SpotLight scanner to its Rockwall location, broadening availability to the same technology they first brought to Dallas in 2023

Dallas, TX – October 29, 2025Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates (C3), a Dallas-based cardiology practice, is expanding its Arineta SpotLight installations that provide access to lifesaving cardiac imaging with the addition of Arineta’s SpotLight at its Rockwall location. C3 was the first practice in the state to offer this cutting-edge technology in-house, helping patients avoid the long waits and higher costs often associated with hospital imaging centers. After strong patient and physician response to its first installation, C3 will now bring Arineta’s CT scanner to its Heath, TX practice to broaden availability to advanced imaging for Rockwall-area patients.

Coronary CT angiography is the only noninvasive imaging test given a Class 1 recommendation by the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology for patients with acute or stable chest pain. However, access remains limited outside hospital settings, especially in growing suburban areas like Rockwall County, where thousands live with coronary artery disease. C3’s expanded footprint helps close that care gap, giving more patients a direct pathway to timely, accurate diagnoses and more affordable treatment planning.

Arineta’s SpotLight is the world’s first dedicated cardiovascular CT scanner designed to provide comprehensive clinical information for diagnosis and therapy planning. With this advanced technology, cardiologists can capture a complete view of the heart and the surrounding arteries in a single beat, helping patients receive faster, more accurate diagnoses without the need to travel to expensive hospital imaging centers.

“Since introducing SpotLight in Dallas, we’ve seen tremendous enthusiasm from patients and referring physicians,” said Tony Das, MD, founder and CEO of C3. “Our cardiac CT volume has continued to climb, and bringing this capability to Rockwall lets us meet that demand locally so patients can get answers and start treatment faster, right in their community.”

C3’s team of leading cardiologists brings expertise across interventional, structural, imaging, and preventative cardiology to deliver personalized diagnostics for a wide range of heart and vascular conditions, all with a patient-centered approach.

“Arineta continues to expand our partnership with the C3 team,” said Doug Ryan, Arineta’s CEO. “We estimate that of the hundreds of cardiology practices in the U.S., given the recent guidelines and reimbursement advances, we will continue to see the rapid adoption of dedicated cardiac CT-First focused patient care solutions. Our mission is to change that by making advanced cardiac CT available to every community by partnering with outstanding practices like C3.”
